Content Enhancement
- Expand signature flagship content and strengthen hands-on experiences
- Establish a foundation for regular operation of the Firefly Discovery Tour
- Create the largest Firefly Theme Pavilion in festival history
- Expand hands-on activity and promotional booths
- Expand domestic and international parades and increase cultural and arts performances
ESG Operations
- Further advance the eco-friendly “3-Free” festival model
- Expand the use of reusable tableware
- Expand staffing and collection stations to provide a cleaner, more comfortable food and beverage environment

Visitor Convenience
- Improve visitor access and encourage local spending
- Expand food booth operations
- Expand shuttle bus service from major cities outside Muju and within the county
30th Anniversary Highlights
- Present special 30th anniversary content and commemorative events
- Create a permanent 30th anniversary exhibition featuring festival history, posters, photographs, and videos
- Present anniversary programs including a commemorative ceremony, celebratory performances, and a cake-cutting ceremony
- Create 30th anniversary events and merchandise, including social media celebrations and commemorative stamps
Global Festival
- Expand global services designed for international visitors
- Strengthen services for international visitors with multilingual information, dedicated staff, and an information desk
- Operate a dedicated Firefly Discovery Tour bus for international visitors
- Introduce Fast Track access to improve visitor convenience(including families with multiple children, visitors with disabilities, and persons of national merit)
