Visitor Information
Registration : Online registration through the Muju Firefly Festival website on a first-come, first-served basis (no on-site registration)

Fee : KRW 20,000 per person
Same rate for adults and children Free for children under 36 months with supporting documentation; no separate seat provided Supporting documents : Resident registration certificate, family relation certificate, health insurance card, etc.

Benefit : KRW 10,000 Muju Love Gift Certificate
One per person Distributed on-site at the departure operations desk on the day of the program (from 16:00)
The confirmed time will be sent by text message three days before the festival opens.

Refund Policy : 100% up to 7 days before / 70% 6–5 days before / 50% 4–3 days before / No refunds from 2 days before through the event date

This program has limited capacity for each session. Because last-minute cancellations make it difficult to offer the spot to another participant, the refund policy above applies. Thank you for your understanding.

The schedule above is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other circumstances. Updates will be announced on the website and by text message.

Participant Guidelines
1. Because the tour takes place in a natural habitat, long pants and athletic shoes are recommended. LED shoes are not permitted, as their light may disturb other participants.
2. Bus check-in and departure times may vary depending on sunset. The exact time will be sent by text message in advance, so please enter an accurate mobile phone number when registering and booking.
3. Late arrivals may be denied boarding and unable to participate, so please arrive on time.
4. Due to conditions at the natural habitat, pets and mobility aids such as wheelchairs may be restricted. Thank you for your understanding.
5. The tour may be canceled, or firefly viewing may be limited, due to weather or natural conditions.
6. Registration is valid only for the original applicant and may not be transferred or resold. The Festival Committee cannot verify or guarantee transactions made through third parties, and participation may be restricted if an unauthorized transfer is identified.

※ On-site registration for the Firefly Discovery Tour may be limited depending on same-day conditions and remaining capacity.

※ On-site registration requires a passport or other identification verifying international visitor status.

※ Registration may not be available without the required documentation.
